      Google !!

Of course that was my first step, but only receive very simple instructions of the type: "Click on the Connections tab then click on the Lan Settings button.
In the proxy server section tick the box labelled 'Use a proxy server for your LAN'. Put the proxy address in the address box and the port number in the port box then click ok."

that never worked in my case, that's why I'm looking for something else.

      But thanks anyway

Ok but I'm almost sure that here in my country somehow "big brother" is blocking the use of proxy servers, i've tried to configure  different browsers with a lot of free proxies addresses; no results. Even that site is blocked, anyway i've tried Tunnels sites and its working fine for now, i just need to change the site everytime!

        thanks ppl

We don't know what country you are in. This forum does not help people do things that are banned by law.
For most general cases, .you do NOT configure the browser for a proxy. That feature of IE is nor a specific purpose that differs from what you want to do. I think.
What do you want to do?
Are you using any router or modem with  built-in settings that prevent you from getting to certain sites? Are you sure it is a national policy of you country, or is it a policy t of your local  service provider?

Can you read German? There are lots of proxy sites in Germany.
Here is a list in English.

Thanks pal!!  and don't worry I'm not breaking any laws, there's no written law about internet here, I'm just trying to get to blocked sites by national policy and I'm getting it now using Tunnels. I will try that site too, and thanks again, consider my question solved

I'll bet there is. But hey, we have policies here too and those just seemed to go out the window.
