Alt+Enter like action happens when I press Numpad 2?

Hi, you know if you're playing a game like GTA San Andreas and you do Alt + Enter, it sends you to like a windowed mode? Well, my computer now does that when I press numpad 2 for some reason. It's kinda annoying because I use a bind tool so I can do commands easier and it does that to my game. It never did this before so I was wondering if I may be able to turn it off some how?

Well, I've only ever had one account and it never gave me this problem before. I'm using auto hotkey and randomly, it started doing this. I thought it was because I installed software for my wireless keyboard but it hasn't made a difference.
