Cell Phone Bluetooth Connections

I have a Acer 7 Aspire 7741Z-5731 an Im tring to sync it with two cells.  I can see both of them but, I dont know where to check the contents of ether of them in Windows.  It comes up with a yellow ! in devices for my phone

have you read the documentation for your phone and followed the instructions on how to sync it? You have also been around here long enough to know you should give more details. What models are the phones you are trying to sync?

I dont have the documation too the one.  The other doesnt really mention anything about it.  I know the one is a straight talk but, other then that
