Placing A Picture

Hi, I would like to place a picture on top of the windows 7 background screen, but when I put the picture there it sets the background to solid Black.
Is there anyway to keep the natural beautiful blue windows 7 background and place the picture directly on Top of the same background? Thanks

No. Placing a picture there replaces the background with the picture as the new background.

Put the picture was to grainy, if anyone else knows of another like this site please let me know and I will try it, Thanks
