How many times can you format a hard drive without damaging it?

Formatting a hd does not damage it.

    Yep, no damage. In fact some programs purposely format a hard drive 11x to clean it.

    *No legitimate programs, at least
    I was trying to dereference Null Pointers before it was cool.
