Slow Internet. Maybe Virus?

Hey,

I'm having problems with my internet lately. It's extremely slow. When playing videos, the sound is very strange, as if played in slow motion. Started a few days ago but it got worse and worse. I already did a scan but I don't know what to do now.

When I open Firefox I get a notification with: resource:///components/nsSessionStore.js:402

I'm from Germany so please be patient with me easy english please
