VPCSB1V9R - russian to english languange

anyone please help me, I just bought VPCSB1V9R and the language is Russia and how to change into English? I tried Vistalizator or microsoft update. everything was failed. so stress and regret because of it. I download the program but i don't understand the language to operate everything...anyone please help me...thank you

You need to contact the vendor right away. There is NO any easy way to change a Cyrillic (Russian alphabet) operating system in to a western .
Too many differences because of the alphabet.

If there is a conversion, the vendor should know.

If i'm not mistaken you will need to buy an English version of Windows...
I don't think a Language pack is gonna do what you want.
