Hard wire not connecting only wireless
    « on: June 21, 2012, 11:55:06 AM »
    Hi
I am running a HP windows 7 Home Premium computer 64 bit
I have a wireless router and a hard wire line. The computer was running great on the hard wire line and was fast.  Recently, the computer conects to the router wirelessly and , of course, it lags and is slow. I still have it connected to the hard wire line but it seems to be connecting wirlessly only instead.  How do I fix this?
    Thank you

Connecting directly on router's LAN port will disable the home network wireless for the particular computer. You can check this by going to the Network and Sharing Center or by the network icon in the system tray.
