I have a Toshiba tablet laptop with windows vista business.
Lately it has been coming up with an alert saying "Check you user Account Control Settings. User Account is turned off. Click this notification to fix the problem"
So i have clicked the notification and pressed "turn on now" It turns on for a second, then the notification pops up again and it turns off again.
How can I fix this from occurring?
Also since this problem, my email has stopped working saying it cannot connect to the server (but can connect to the internet) and my Skye has also stopped working says "Skye has stopped working. Windows can check online for a solution to the problem"
Please help, this is really bugging me. I have run antivirus scans but nothings coming up.
