Making a pc ,need help with the the choosing of the parts.

I want to start building my new computer for now i have been seeking for parts , and now it looks like this
Mother Board: Asus P9X79
CPU:             Intel Core i7-3820
CPU Fan:       Cooler Master Hyper 412S
Case:            Cooler Master HAF 912
Whell the problem starts i cant decide with the VIDEO CARDS atleast i now that i want HD 7850 or  higher , dont now which one to choose ..
PSU: Dont really now which one
RAM:             Corsair XMS3, 16GB, DDR3
HDD:             Western Digital 500GB, 7200rpm, 16MB, Sata III, Caviar Blue - For now maybe later upgrading to SSD for windows boot
Need help chosing the right gear, mostlly for gaming.

I'd go with the SSD now, you get good prices on a 250gb one and that should be plenty to load programs on.
