    What do you mean by "re-image"? What is it you want to do?

    I actually do this fairly frequently (if I understand what you mean correctly). There are several good applications that you can use that are perfect for making a clone of your hard drive or doing a sector by sector backup and then restoration to another drive. Acronis is my favorite and quite easy to use, as is R-drive image.
    Pc/laptop repair and upgrade expert. Love the new Ubuntu. Not so much Windows 8.
