Stable Version of Adobe Flash Player
« on: June 30, 2012, 03:17:45 PM »
I've recently been having some problems with Adobe flash player, choppy videos and the occasional crash, that sort of thing. So does anyone know of a good stable working version or alternative brands? Because I have no idea when it all started.

Best source is Adobe.
here are no real replacements for the Adobe flash player from the user perspective. Developers can use Quick Time ans an alternative.

Download Flash from the adobe site.
The current version is 11.3.300.262

This isn for reference.

The current version is 11.3.300.262

That's the version that I'm running and that is causing problems. Which is why I wanted to revert to a previous version, because this one causes havoc with videos.

Thank you. Although I think a recent update has fixed the problem whilst I've been on holiday.

Nope my previous post was wrong. I also tried uninstalling flash player & reinstalling the hand picked correct version (as apposed to the version firefox recommended). That made things worse.

So I'm now running Adobe Flash Player 11.2.202.235 (x64) (Non-IE), fixed perfectly. So if any else is having video problems with firefox here's a solution.
