RealPlayer Downloader Help

Hello and my apologies if this isn't the right forum. I came here by a Google search and need help getting my RealPlayer Downloader to work in Firefox. For a while it seems to not be working anymore, because usually when I want to download a video from anywhere a grey tab will appear at the top of the video when I put the cursor over it and I can click it to download. What do I do to re-enable it and to be able to download videos again? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

check your FF settings and see if there is a conflict or something is not enabled for FF it also might be a plug in issue not installed right etc.,

Which exact settings would I check? I know in the browser there's the orange tab in the upper-left side and you click it to bring up some options, where would I go from there?
