    pci-express 3.0 and intel 3rd gen i3/i5/i7

    about maximux V gene from asus rog, what it means - "* PCIe 3.0 speed is supported by Intel® 3rd generation Core™ processors." weird, it have or not pcie 3.0 . I must buy 3rd gen intel to work with grap. card in 3.0 ? it is like that on any motherboard ?

    The board supports it fully, you don't need an Ivy Bridge CPU.
