    The download box on youtube

    When I access youtube on my laptop a download box appears underneath the clip I'm watching that enables me to download it in several different formats. When I go on youtube with my pc the box doesn't come up? Both computers are running windows 7 ??? Please help!

    Are you talking about the windows dialog box to where you pick file name and save as in the next drop down ??? ???

    Please keep one thing in mind if the content is copyright protected that is against the law so just becareful.

      What exactly does the box look like?

      It is possible that you have some software installed on your laptop.

      Usually like some downloading utilities like Internet download manager.

      Is it,by any chance, a blue box with a green arrow,followed by text, "Download video from this page"?
