    Blue Screen of Death BSOD
    « on: August 16, 2012, 10:50:07 AM »
I am running Windows XP and keep getting the BSOD with following error message:

    Win32k.SYS BF8CFCCF Base ABF800000 Date Stamp 43DD1407

Disable Bios Memory Options such as Caching or Shadowing.  STOP: 0x000000F4 (0x00000003, 0x826FE260, 0x826FE3D4, 0x805FA2F8)

    Dumping physical memory...

Any ideas what this message means or how to fix the problem?  I have not added any new hardware or software...this just started happening out of the blue....

    Download BlueScreenView:
    http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe to run the program.
when scanning is done, go to EDIT - Select All
Go to FILE - SAVE Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all of the content, and paste it into your next reply
