One could conceivably even do the unthinkable and use the built in method for deleting fonts which is to right click them and delete them in the fonts folder, accessible via control panel.
You could even instigate a lot of good times and fun for all by deleting the various system fonts, what considering they are used by the system.
I assume of course that you are deleting the system fonts since you said "windows 7 fonts" which means they were installed with windows 7. There isn't a special "windows 7 font" format, you've got raster fonts (fon, fnt), Truetype (ttf) and OpenType. That's pretty much it.
