    hi

    can you pls help me about my cpu. when i touch it i always grounded.  I tried to change my power cord, put folder before screwing the board. and not wearing metal..but still i always grounded...

    Good Morning kufang and welcome to CH

        I am sorry but it is very hard to understand what you are trying to do. You are have a problem with the PC not starting? or are you upgrading the CPU and the PC will not start?

        Please try to be as clear as possible so we can better help you.

    Hi kufang,

    Did you mean that your are always grounded when you touch the chassis/case where your computer parts like CPU, memory, hard drive etc are stored?
