Good evening GLOOPS and welcome back to CH

What video card model do you have?

For CPU, Ram etc you are fine spec wise.

Does the jerking happen in any other games? or programs?

Good morning GLOOPS and welcome back

There is a bunch of patches for the game i would try them it very well may fix your issue. Most of the patches seem to fix stability / game play issues http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Patch

Please let us know how you make out, Mike

PS as far as your hardware you have more than enough to play the game.
