Networks available, cannot connect Win Vista
    « on: October 04, 2012, 05:20:43 PM »
My mom has an HP computer with Windows Vista. Sometimes it connects to our wireless network, sometimes not. We've restarted the PC and the router, and once before we've rolled back after an update and that seemed to do the trick, but it's messing up again. The thing is my PC connects just fine. Her computer says there are networks available, but it will not connect.
I suggested rebooting, but is there anything else to try? Should I disable the card, restart and and then re-enable it? Thanks in advance.
