    cant start a software,

    hello everyone, few months ago i downloaded a trial version of a software, then uninstalled it, now when i thought giving it one more chance and downloaded the trial version once again, but it doesnt start, it says i have been using it for 61 days and trial period has expired, while i only downloaded it today. pls help .

    p.s . where is the live chat support, is that gone?

    This is by design...
    The Software Authors probably don't wan't people just re-installing the trial over and over...so we cannot assist here...

    Your trial is over. You don't get "one more chance" (or ten more chances, or a hundred.)

      yeah, that's quite understandable , however the last time i downloaded it , i only used for 2or 3 days, and then uninstalled it , so i didnt use it for the full trial period, but anyway , i have to accept it now, .

      If you have an NN day trial period, that period starts on the day that you install the software, and expires NN days later. It is a period of time, not a count of the days on which you actually used the software. This is absolutely normal and standard practice.  It is up to you to make use of the trial period to see if you want to buy the software or not.
