    Can't uninstall Java (TM) 6 Update 3.

    I'm trying to uninstall Java (TM) 6 Update 3 from my Programs. Failing each time.

    Error 1719 is encountered, saying Windows Installer Service cannot be accessed.

    What do I do?

    Have you tried running the Java un-installer from their site ? ?
