    Proper etiquette help?
    « on: October 16, 2012, 01:29:11 PM »
I posted an issue about needing help removing sh4ldr Sunday morning at about 10 am EST. Someone named Dragon Master Jay answered and asked me to run six programs. (see link below). Unfortunately, something must have come up in his schedule as I haven't head anything for 24 hours. (not sure if this is normal as I am new to posting on forums).

I don't mean to seem ungrateful (I am EXTREMELY grateful to your site, help and insight) it is just that I use my computer to do research as my job and am completely unable to work due to this malware constantly redirecting my searches.

Is there someone who might be able to take over for Dragon Master Jay or is this something that is not proper etiquette here.

Thank you again for your patience and help.

Please be advised that we are all volunteers here and we have other interests and priorities. I know for a fact that DMJ is very busy and he's having a problem with not receiving his notifications. I'll send him a pm.
