Photoshop help

I'm new to the boards, so I'm not sure that this is in the right place but...

I'm using photoshop CS5 on a mac and it won't let me convert video to layers. I checked out the adobe website and it says to go to "Get Info" and to check off the box that says use 32 bit. Well, I don't have that box. Do you know any other way to fix this?

While we do have an Apple forum component here it is really not that well attended and throwing in Photoshop issues even further lessens the likelihood of credible assistance. Therefore you might be better served by trying your luck here
