    Failing to Upgrade WINDOWS 7 HOME BASICS

    My windows 7 home basics is not upgrading . It is showing an error message saying FAILURE TO CONFIGURE WINDOWS, REVERTING CHANGES.]Any suggestions? :'(

    Upgrading to what??

    What are you attempting to do and how are you attempting to do it??

    Provide some machine info!
