    Hardware Problem
    « on: November 16, 2012, 12:06:52 PM »
I bought and installed a few new pieces of hardware today, and now I'm experiencing a problem I haven't before and am not sure what the problem is. I installed a ASROCK 970 Extreme 3 motherboard, an AMD Phenom 2 Black Edition CPU and a Gigabyte GT 430 graphics card. I checked the graphics card in another computer and it works fine, but when I install in in my computer with all the new parts my monitor just flashes. I'll get a boot screen for the motherboard for just a second, then my monitor acts as if nothing is plugged in and goes to sleep, only to wake up a second later and repeat the whole thing. I did notice my keyboard loses power before everything comes back on. Any suggestions?
