No associated program - message

Hello

When I double-click on my D (CD/DVD) drive (I am using Win 7) I get the following message from Windows (please see attached).

How may I resolve that please?

It's an Audio CD...
What program do you normally use for audio ? ?
What program was used to create the CD that's in there ? ?

Also it looks like whatever app you used you forgot the last important step...finalising the burn project as the CD shows as empty...
