sidebar.exe preventing shutdown

whenever i try to shutdown my laptop (hp pavillion dv6 1319) it says following program is preventing windows(7) to shutdown.
the program is sidebar.exe
it doesn`t shutdown till you force it to.
the problem is persistent for quite a long time.
i used microsoft programs (microsoft fixit 50906 & 50907) to disable first and then enable sidebar.exe, but the problem is still there
please help!

If you don't use it  Here...  is the proper method for dealing with it running at startup...
