got msn mmessenger virus

Yes, I was that stupid! Got that Virus on my notebook, that sends itself via msn messenger and now my pc canīt do exe files anymore. Hoe do I get rid of it? Itīs drivin`me insane. If anyone can help?! Thanks! :)

     8) yeah, exactly... none at all. Thatīs me Iīm just stupid like that.  8) Anyway, thanks for the help, Iīll try that. PS: Can u recommend a good anti-v software?
