KEYBOARD PROBLEM

On my new Dell 5100 PC, when the "shift @" key is pressed, I get " and visa versa. I've recently upgraded the keyboard but this has made no difference. Can the keys be re-assigned?

If it's new then call Dell. It should have a warranty that covers everything. If you get someone on the phone from India with poor English, hang up and keep calling back until you get one that speaks the language.
