does my hijack this log look right?

my vista laptop is freezing up alot. I had a virus and got rid of it. I ran hijack this to see if i had any issues,but im not deleting anything till one of you tells  me to i have a 64bit vista,avira virus protection, which caught the virus, spyware doctor, superantispyware and malewarebytes.
