I don't see that in my list of error codes...
Post the entire BSOD including the gibberish.

        Download BlueScreenView:
        http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe to run the program.
when scanning is done, go to EDIT - Select All
Go to FILE - SAVE Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all of the content, and paste it into your next reply

Why don't you start at the beginning and explain the problem you are having IN DETAIL, including what led up to it?

No new drivers installed, no malware, no new software installed, etc?

Can you boot to safe mode? Please try. Also try "last known good configuration".

You need to stop with the one sentence posts. What do you mean you went to safe mode and nothing happened?

See if you can borrow one...the versions need to match.
If you can the fix is 30 minutes away...

That's not safe mode. That's the advanced boot options screen. One of the options there is SAFE MODE. What happens when you select SAFE MODE?

Also, I'd like you to check your hard drive:

                    http://www.tacktech.com/display.cfm?ttid=287

Make sure, you select tool which is appropriate for the brand of your hard drive.
Depending on the program, it'll create bootable floppy, or bootable CD.
If downloaded file is of .iso type, use ImgBurn: http://www.imgburn.com/ to burn .iso file to a CD (select "Write image file to disc" option), to make the CD bootable.

i press F8, THEN GO INTO SAFE MODE, the lap top then loads all the drivers, then takes me to a windows error recovery page, gives me 2 x options
                      1 - Launch startup repair
                      2 - start windows normally

i try both of the above, but takes me to the blue screen with the error message

Okay, tell you what. Try Seatools for DOS - it should work with most drives: http://www.seagate.com/support/internal-hard-drives/consumer-electronics/ld25-series/seatools-dos-master/
