Complete re-install

Hi,
My comp has been infected by a Virus. I want to do a complete re-install, but I don't know how to back up all my files, programs, emails and settings. IE9 and Favorites etc.
 I use BT Yahoo (Wireless), a password Manager, a Brother Printer.

Part of the problem is that some of what you want to back up may be infected. I suggest you first see if your Malware Specialist can help you get rid of the infection. Please follow the instructions in the following link and post your logs in the thread you create (NOT in this thread):
