IE8 And Google Chrome Won't Load FACEBOOK

I just noticed that somehow this freeRide software and toolbar got loaded on my computer. It has also seemed to stop Facebook from loading properly on my IE8 and Google Chrome Browswers. I can't get this software and junk off my computer, and fix facebook loading on my two browsers. Can anyone help? I added two pictures of the browsers and how they look loaded on to facebook. I'm doing this from another computer.

I can't say for sure.  I'm just suggesting it as a troubleshooting step since you said it "seemed to stop Facebook from loading properly on my IE8 and Google Chrome Browswers."
