i was erasing a disk from my dvd writer and the process was completed but the disk was still spining and when i tried to eject the disk it was hanged........therefore i switch off my pc and wen i switched on my pc i found that in device manager my optical drive is shown in hard disk list and in optical drive list nothing is shown i checked with speccy and same happened and wen i oped nero to write or erase it shows no device.............please help me
