How do i Rename files with relevant name ?
    « on: January 29, 2013, 09:19:55 PM »
I am working in a company and given a task to rename lots of file..

Now, let me tell you how i do..

    1) First i open pdf / word document & check which type of document it is (Passport or visa or whatever)..
    2) Close the document and rename (F2) it with relevant name .. If it is passport then i write "Passport with Exp 01 01 2014 or I rename with "Candidate's Qualification" If it is qualification certificate.

Is there any way i can directly paste the relevant file name while renaming the files ?
I hope, you understand what i mean. (Sorry for my bad english).

    Thanks,
    Jack
