OVERCLOCK

i want to overclock my AMD 4200+ socket 939
I over clocked it to 2.4ghz  on my stock fans (originally 2.21ghz) but i see some unstability and high temperatures.... dont wanna water cool too much hassle...

any recommedations of cpu fan and heatsink?? i wanna go up to around 2.6ghz (of course without over heating)

oh yea its pretty hot here i live in LA  ambient temp probably average 88 degrees these days
