    pc jumps and down

    My monitor keeps jumping up and down.
    Can't read anything until it stops.

    I replaced the monitor.

    I just picked up a Keyboard and Mouse.
    A new Monitor Cable.

    I did try the refresh rate.
    It only has 60 and 75. I put it on 75 to no good.

    Running Windows XP Pro.......

    Can this be fixed?

    Have you tried a different video card? Or using integrated if an option instead of an added video card? Or if its integrated video that is acting up, adding an added video card to b the new default video source?

      I ran cCleaner and what ever I did worked so far.
      Jumping stopped, I also downloaded Google Chrome..........
