    Dead Board?
    « on: March 18, 2013, 05:22:47 AM »
I have an Intel Socket 478 PENT 4 Mother Board.  When I go to start the unit up there are no beeps, post or anything.  The south bridge seems too get overly warm and I just tried changeing the PSU too see if it would fix some of the issues I had with it as far as IDE Devices.  I tried to use a PCI Video card an still the same thing too

Do you have another RAM module you could try? I'd begin there first before thinking anything is wrong with the board per se.
