no IE9 shortcut on desktop

i'm running windows7 professional, 64bit.

there is no shortcut on my desktop for ie9.
i have questioned google on how to put it on my desktop, but none of the links work.
(i do have one in the lower tray w/ the start icon.)

help, please ?

that was one of the first sites i tried and it didn't work, but thank you for trying.

i ended up going to logmein123.com and having them fix it.
