First comment: I hate windows 8. You can't just back out of something. You have to go sideways to the "tiles" then back to the desktop.
Now for my problem. The default for the mouse wheel is 7 lines. I don't know if it's the default for windows 8 or my Dell computer. I set it to 4 and click "apply". But every time I turn the computer off and on again, it goes back to 7. Why does it do this? How can I make it stay?
