Vtx3d HD 6670 NOT WORKING when I reset my computer

hi all I have bought an Vtx3d HD 6670 I have put it in my computer but when I off my computer it stop working I have to remove it from my computer and turn the computer back on again And then turn the computer off and then put it back in it starts working but every time I turn the pc off it stopped working
Even when it's not working the fun of the graphic card is working
i am using a hdmi output to my lcd monitor

By "reset my computer" do you mean you re-installed the OS ? ?
If so the Drivers for the card need to be re-installed as well as all other system drivers.
This is true whenever you re-install Windows...but commonly overlooked.

yes i got a cd with the drivers  on it for it

Have you tried another monitor ? ?
If it does the same thing you will know it's the card...
Is the card new or used ? ?
If new i'd return it under warranty.

IT IS NEW I CAN PLAY GAMES ALL DAY IT ALL STOP WORKING IF I OF MY PC AND ON IT

Then that means there is something wrong with the card...i'd return it.
There could be issues with the PC but that's not normal behavior for a vid card.
1st likely suspect other than the card ...would be the PSU,
You may want to test the card in another working PC...this will also help determine what the culprit is.

Small Form Factor pc

They make them all the way up to 1000W...even for small form factor PC's.

Use google to search for "Mini-ATX PSU's...
This outfit has 20 or so models...

Note: I have never dealt with them so it's not a recommendation...just sayin there are plenty of choices out there.
