Screen Saver covers Netflix until I move the mouse

This happens will using Windows 7 64 bit on a Del GX520.

I will be watching Netflix and I forget to move the mouse every twenty mins.
Is there a easy way to tell the screen saver not to run while a video is running?
 Should I get a motion detector and attach it to my body?

There are programs out there to move the mouse a few tics in x,y to keep screensaver from kicking in. I'd try one of those. I used a program like this many years ago to avoid getting disconnected from AOL during downloads. Nothing more frustrating than downloading FreeDOS on a 33.6k connection and getting disconnected at the 4kb/s transfer 3 hours into it and having to start over because I walked away from computer. It worked well to not have the mouse zipping across the screen and just moving the position to reset the AOL inactivity timer to keep my connection.

A Google did not find me the program. All I got was a hardware  absolution from hackaday.com web site.

That looks alot simpler to build than just dis-abling the screensaver...
