I get this every time I sign on my computer. What is it and how can I remove it?

This appears to be part of the control centre for printers manufactured by Brother. One of the simplest things you could try, assuming you still have or can get the drivers for the printer (would have come on a CD with it), would be to try uninstalling and reinstalling your printer control centre.

You could also visit http://www.brother-usa.com/Support/ to get the latest driver/software for your printer, in case they have a later version than what came with your printer.
