batch file to create IE shortcuts or updated properties.
    « on: June 04, 2013, 01:55:06 PM »
    Hello,
Windows 7 (64 bit) and IE 8 question.
I would like to create a batch file that would move update shortcuts or links on the desktop.  I was able to successfully update the homepage using a batch file but if I could updated shortcut links that would be great. Or, now that I think about it, maybe I could create the shortcuts, put them in a directory and write a batch file to delete the shortcuts on the desktop and then move over the shortcuts in the directory to the desktop.
Also, is there a way to run the batch file as and admin without right clicking the file?
Thanks for your help in advance...
