    I am in need of help I am always having problems with the Shockwave Flash player Crashing What can I do if you know the answers please message me.

    What computer make/model?
    What operating system?
    What browser are you using?
    Have you updated shockwave to the latest version?
    Is it just a specific flash that is crashing or all?

    Any other helpful info to share?
