Capturing XBOX 360 Gameplay

Hello,
 
My brother moved to a different state and we used to play video games together when we were little. We are wanting to play video games right now, but I would need a capture card of some sort. Is there any card I can use to stream the gameplay to him over Skype or any other form of program? If so, which capture card should I buy and how would I be able to do this?

Cause he doesn't own an Xbox 360 and we would like to play the main storyline of the Mass Effect trilogy together.

If you want to play together, you'll both need an Xbox

The thing is we don't want to play multiplayer, just the main storyline. Even if he had an XBOX, we wouldn't be able to play the main story line together. We tried it with a webcam, but it wasn't the best quality and he could barely see anything. They have capture cards, just not sure if I would be able to capture it, and stream it live to him over Skype.

What i'm failing to understand is, he will not be able to play any game. All he will be able to do is watch and comment. Is this what you are trying to achieve??
