Multiple svchost.exe and using alot of CPU

Ok so I have like a lot
Of svchost.exe running in the processes and I'm not sure what it is. I have like 10-13 running and I want to know if this is normal? And also some of them use alot of CPU. I turn on my PC and when I get the welcome screen it takes a couple of seconds for the desktop to load up

Sorry forgot to mention this too but for some reason whenever I run things like team speak it uses alot of  CPU to. Before this never happen and same with a game I play called combatarms

My old laptop takes so long I can go to the kitchen, warm up a cup of coffee and be back in time to see the last resident thing loading. Why are you complaining?
