help with window 7 display language

I was using my computer and a few programs were acting up, and the next thing i know, the language on the computer changed to something...i am not even sure it is a language.

I checked in the control panel -> display language and there was nothing there besides the keyboard setting, so i badly need help.

I'm wondering whether it would look the same if you started in Safe Mode.  Can you try that?

Also try System Restore since those text language are not readable/understandable for most of us.

I tried safe mode and it was the same.

And what would system restore do?

It might be, and i am trying a system restore now.

Nothing happened with system restore.
