authui.dll missing/deleted cant login anymore

but i have Windows Vista , how can i restore that?

on command adempts "sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows doesnt work, that says the Windows Ressourceprotect cant do that.
Help please i do have some very important things @ my Notebook

Do it with your Windows CD...sfc /scannow and hit Enter.
NOTE there is a space between the command and the /switch.

I do not have a Windows CD,  i have that Problem on my Laptop, where i can download a Recovery Disc?

and if i start it manually without cd they comes : the windows resource protection could not perform the requested operation

I'd borrow a Vista disc from a friend or buy one cheap on ebay. You need the disc and its not freely downloadable from a legal website.

Adding to what David suggested above some OEM CD's will not run either the Recovery console ...nor SFC...an MS CD of the same version is your best option at this point.
